We woke up November 1st to snow on the ground. It went away, but was beautiful while it lasted.
The clouds were pink across the valley as the sun began to rise.
The kids were thrilled to shuffle in the snow and make tracks. 
I love the way snow sits on leaves and branches defining the lines.
I can’t wait for enough to make a snowman!

Fabulous pictures! My fav has got to be the wee purple flowers dappled in snow. I am so hot here – and so over being hot – so looking at your pics cooled me down and made me just a little excited lol
Don’t worry. You will cool off fast enough when you get here.
I think I might need to buy a whole new wardrobe! Please tell me there are plenty of winter boots, hat, glove and coat shops because there are a dearth of them here! I just want to come NOW …
